Psychological Evaluations

Psychological evaluations can be a helpful tool in identifying the underlying cause of the symptoms one is experiencing.

Having an evaluation and official diagnosis can be the key in determining a more accurate path for treatment, medication, and accessing additional funding/services.

For more information or to make a referral for a psychological evaluation, please contact Erin Perez, Clinic Director, at 414-559-0050, or  erin@ozaukeecommunitytherapies.com

School Based Mental Health Services

Ozaukee Community Therapies offers mental health services through a school based satellite mental health clinics located within schools.  The school based clinic offers individual and group mental health services to students at the school during their school day.

Students are consumers of the clinic and the cost of their counseling is covered by their insurance or through private pay (we a competitive private pay option) that is covered by the student. The clinic and school district partnership offers mental health services to the district at little to no cost to the district.  This partnership benefits children and families, because it makes services accessible and eliminates the boundary of transportation and scheduling around school and work schedules.  Many schools also find this beneficial and the therapist can have direct contact with school staff and offer support regarding classroom strategies for the student.  For more information please contact Erin Perez at 414-559-0050.
Ozaukee Community Therapies is partnered with Mental Health America and United Way of Sheboygan County's PATH program.  PATH, Providing Access To Healing, is a program that focuses on eliminating barriers for children so they can access therapy services.  With this partnership, we have clinics located within 7 school districts in Sheboygan County.

Please check our events calendar for upcoming trainings that are open to community professionals to attend. We also offer customized training.
