How do I make an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by going to the "meet the staff" page, selecting a provider, and then calling the number listed under them, to be connected directly to the provider, or you can contact Erin Perez, Clinic Director, for assistance in determining which provider would be a good match for you.
What do the letters after your names mean?
LPC- Master's level clinician that is a Licensed Professional Counselor; LPC-IT- Master's level clinician that is a Licensed Professional Counselor- In Training and working on their 3000 toward licensure; LCSW- Master's level clinician that is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker; APSW- Advanced Practice Social Worker- Master's level clinician with a degree in social work and working on their 3000 toward being licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker; LMFT- Master's level clinician that is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; PsyD- Doctoral level clinician that is a psychologist
Can I see more than one counselor at a time?
Most insurances do not allow for clients to see more than one counselor at the same time for the same need. There are some exceptions to this; for example, if you are going to one counselor for individual counseling and another counselor for marriage counseling; or, if you are working with one counselor for individual counseling and attending a group. Please check with your counselor to determine your needs.
How will I know what my insurance will cover?
Because each individual insurance plan varies, it is highly recommended that you contact your insurance company to verify the benefits of your plan.
